A student is admitted once. Attendance, internal marks, fee receipts, hostel allocation and the final transcript all attach to that same record, so there is nothing to reconcile afterwards.

OltErp is a multi-tenant SIS and LMS. University systems, groups of colleges and school networks run every constituent institution on one platform, each with its own ordinances, fee structures, academic calendar and reporting — isolated from each other, consolidated when the board wants a group view.
Single institutions — including IIMs and other autonomous institutes — run the same product standalone, on their own infrastructure, where data residency policy or statutory position requires records to stay on campus. The functionality is identical; the decision is procurement and policy, not features.
Implementation
Migration is the project, not the software
Almost no institution starts from nothing. You have years of records across spreadsheets, a legacy application nobody maintains, and filing cabinets. We migrate that data, integrate with whatever you need to keep — the bank, the payment gateway, the biometric devices — and train each department on the modules it will use.
We are ISO 27001:2013 compliant and sign a non-disclosure agreement on every engagement before any institutional data is shared with us.

Eudemonic AI is a student wellbeing platform developed with UK universities. Where an institution runs it alongside OltErp, engagement signals the student record already holds — attendance, submission patterns, assessment performance — can inform wellbeing support early, rather than after a student has already disengaged. For deans and directors of student affairs, that moves intervention from reactive to timely.
The alliance also gives institutions in India and the United Kingdom a single delivery team across both jurisdictions: UK-facing engagement and product development through OLT ERP Limited in London, and implementation, migration and support through our New Delhi office.

Straight answers
Can we go live before the next admission cycle?
Usually yes, if we start with admission and fees and phase the rest. We scope against your academic calendar, not ours, and say plainly if a date is not realistic.
What happens to our existing data?
It is migrated. Student history, fee ledgers and examination records come across; we agree the cut-off and reconcile before go-live.
Who owns the data?
The institution does, in every deployment model. It is stated in the contract, and an export is available at any time in a documented format.
Do you support NAAC, NBA and NIRF?
Yes. Ratios, pass percentages, placement and research data are drawn from live records, which is also what makes them defensible to a peer team.
Will our staff actually use it?
We train per department on the modules that department touches, not a single generic session. Adoption failures are almost always training failures.
What does it cost?
