We have been doing one thing since 2015
A & S Software Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. builds and implements campus ERP for universities, colleges and schools. Not a general software house that also does education — academic institutions are the only sector we work in, and OltErp is the product we have been developing against real ordinances, real examination regulations and real audit requirements for a decade.
Who we work with
Institutions that are accountable to somebody
OltErp has been implemented in Indian Institutes of Management, central universities, private universities, AICTE-approved business schools and schools. What those institutions have in common is not size — it is that they must be able to defend their numbers to a regulator, an accreditation peer team, a governing body or an auditor.
That is the requirement we build for. Anything that changes a student record leaves a trace of who changed it and when, because at some point somebody will ask.
How we work
Implementation, not just licensing
Selling the licence is the easy part and it is not where campus ERP projects fail. They fail on migration that was underestimated, on integrations nobody scoped, and on training that was one session for everybody.
So we migrate the existing data ourselves, integrate with the systems you intend to keep, and train department by department on the modules that department will actually touch. We are ISO 27001:2013 compliant and sign a non-disclosure agreement before any institutional data reaches us.

OLT ERP Limited is a London-based EdTech company that delivers a Campus Management System and Eudemonic AI, a student wellbeing platform developed with UK universities. It is registered in England and Wales.
What the alliance gives an institution
- A single delivery relationship across two jurisdictions — UK engagement and contracting through OLT ERP Limited in London, implementation and support through our New Delhi office.
- Shared product direction between the Campus Management System and OltErp, so institutions are not choosing between two divergent roadmaps.
- Access to Eudemonic AI for institutions extending into student wellbeing alongside their core student record.
- A UK-facing point of contact for institutions that require one for procurement or data protection reasons.
A & S Software Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and OLT ERP Limited are separate legal entities. Each contracts in its own name and is responsible for its own obligations.

Governance
Contracting and data protection
Institutional data remains the property of the institution in every deployment model, stated in the contract, with an export available at any time in a documented format. We execute a non-disclosure agreement before receiving any data, and a data processing agreement where the institution's regulator or policy requires one.
